You can get a residence certificate on the website (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr).

The registered name on the portal is the name indicated on the admission documents. You should pay a visit to the Office of Academic Affairs and apply for changing the name. Foreign students should bring their passport or alien registration card.

You should bring your passport or alien registration card to open a bank account.

After arriving in South Korea, every foreign student should visit the local immigration office to get an alien registration card issued.
※Things to prepare: proof of enrollment, certificate of tuition payment, two portrait shots, and the fee (KRW 20,000).

You can apply for the student ID card on the website (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) during the initial application period. If you need to have it issued after the period, you should visit Woori Bank in person to apply for it.

You can have the medical report issued at a hospital or a public health center and you should submit it to the dormitory office when you first move into the dormitory.

All freshmen must live in a dormitory.
However, if one submits a certificate of residence in Incheon, they are exempt from living in the dormitory.
