온라인 글쓰기 대면지도 안내

GLC에서는 재학생들의 학술 한국어 쓰기 능력 향상을 위해 

1:1 글쓰기 대면지도 프로그램을 무료로 운영하고 있습니다. 

2022-1학기에는 ZOOM을 활용한 비대면 방식으로 운영되오니, 여러분의 많은 이용 바랍니다.

1. 온라인 대면지도 신청 전 준비사항

    가. ZOOM 설치

         ZOOM 프로그램을 다운로드 합니다.

        * 데스크탑, 노트북 : https://zoom.us/download

        * 모바일 : Google Play Store, App Store

    나. 데스크탑에서 ZOOM을 사용하는 경우 별도의 마이크, 카메라가 필요하므로

         웹캠과 마이크가 내장된 노트북이나 모바일을 사용해 주세요.

2. 온라인 대면지도 신청

    가. GLC 홈페이지에 접속합니다.

    나. 우측 하단의 “글쓰기 대면지도 신청”을 클릭합니다.

    다. 로그인 후 희망하는 시간을 클릭하고, 정보를 입력합니다.

         희망하는 날짜의 전날 오후 5시까지 예약해야 합니다.

    라. 대면지도를 받을 글을 업로드 합니다.

    마. 담당자가 보낸 승인 메일을 확인합니다.

3. 온라인 대면지도 방법

    가. ZOOM 접속 ID는 다음과 같습니다.

        국제 : 639-246-8441

        신촌 : 830-021-5982

    나. 대면지도 신청 시간대에 ZOOM에 접속하여 위의 ID를 입력합니다.

    다. “회의 참가”를 클릭하면, 온라인 대면지도가 진행됩니다.

    라. 대면지도 종료 후 “회의 나가기”를 클릭하면 대면지도가 끝납니다.

4. 기타.

    가. 접속이 잘 되지 않을 경우, 담당자가 직접 학생에게 전화를 걸어 확인할 것입니다.

    나. 온라인으로 진행되기 때문에 대면지도 내용을 잘 기억할 수 있도록 메모하는 것이 좋습니다.

    다. 되도록 조용한 장소에서 접속해 주시기 바랍니다.

Online Face to Face Writing Guidance

1. Preparation for Online Writing Guidance

1) Installing ZOOM : Download ZOOM

*Desktop, Laptop: https://zoom.us/download

*Mobile: Google Play Store, App Store

2) If using desktop, it is necessary to have a separate camera and a microphone.

Thus, we recommend to use laptop or mobile phone.

2. How to apply for Online Face to Face Writing Guidance

1) Go to GLC website.

2) On the bottom right, click “글쓰기 대면지도 신청” (Face to Face Writing Guidance).

3) Login and select a reservation time. Enter additional information.

Reservations must be made by 5 p.m. the day before the desired date.

4) Upload the file that needs to be directed.

5) The person in charge will send an approval email.

3. How to proceed with an online lecture

1) Connect to ZOOM and enter the ID.

2) The ZOOM connection ID is as follows.

* International: 639-246-8441

* Sinchon: 830-021-5982

3) Click ‘Join Meeting’ and the online face to face writing guidance will start.

4) After the appointment, click ‘leave meeting’ to end.

4. ETC

1) If the connection is poor, the person in charge will call the student directly to inform.

2) It is best to take notes so that the applicant can remember the content of the material.

3) Please try to reach a quiet place.
