- Eligibility:International undergraduate students currently enrolled at Yonsei University

- Capacity:38 participants only (first-come, first-served!)

- Cancellation Deadline:
By May 6, 2026 (Wed) at 14:00 PM (KST)

? How to Apply (2 steps required):

1. Fill out the Google Form [Click here to sign up] or Scan QR Code on the poster

    Please write your name exactly as it appears on your passport.

2. Visit the Global Lounge (Baekyangnuri, Sinchon Campus) and submit your ₩20,000 cash deposit

3. Wait for the confirmation email after the deadline

⚡ Important Notices:

 - Registration is confirmed only after completing BOTH steps (Google Form + deposit).

 - Late arrival on the program day will be considered as absence ?

 - Students departing from International Campus (Songdo) must reserve the shuttle bus in advance individually.

 - Dress Code (Hyundai Motor Asan Plant):

   ❌ Shorts, slippers are NOT allowed

   ✅ Only long pants and sneakers are permitted

   - Reason for cancellation

- 参加对象： 延世大学在读外国本科生

- 活动名额： 限38人（先到先得！）

- 报名截止时间：2026年5月4日（周一）17:00（KST）

- 取消截止时间：2026年5月6日（周三）14:00（KST）

? 报名方式（需完成以下两步）：

 2. 前往 Global Lounge（Baekyangnuri，新村校区）提交 20,000韩元现金保证金

 3. 等待截止后发送的确认邮件

⚡ 重要通知：

 - 活动当天迟到将视为缺席 ?

 - 从国际校区（松岛）出发的同学需自行提前预约校车

 - 着装要求（现代汽车工厂）：

   ❌ 不可穿短裤、拖鞋

   ✅ 必须穿长裤及运动鞋
