Notice of the Graduation Ceremony (2022.2.)

We would like to inform you that the upcoming graduation ceremony will be replaced with an online video due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The video will be available on the Yonsei University official website, and the official YouTube channel at 11:30 am on 21st of February 2022.

Furthermore, every student planning to rent ceremony gowns and (or) collect degree certificates must book a time slot in advance. You can find detailed information in the provided manual. Please understand that this is an inevitable measure to minimize the risk of Coronavirus.

1. Check the Prospective Degree Recipient of February 2022 (Please find the ‘prospective degree recipient check’ manual)

 Access to Yonsei Graduate School website (graduate.yonsei.ac.kr) > Check the prospective degree recipient of February 2022.  Available from 10th Feb, 2022 to 25th Feb, 2022

2. Guidelines for the Gown Rental and Degree Distribution (Please find the ‘prospective degree recipient check’ manual)

Select available date and time of am/pm (am : 9.30 ~ 13.00 pm: 13.00 ~ 16.30)

    - 16th Feb, 2022 (Wednesday) ~ 24th Feb, 2022 (Thursday) : 9.30 ~ 16.30 (except weekend)

    - 25th Feb, 2022 (Friday) : 9.30 ~ 14.00

 Location : Baekyang Hall S220 (2nd floor, located on the right side of the Main Library)

 Doctoral students must prepare ceremony gowns individually.

※ If you are unable to visit within the specified period, you can receive the degree certificate at the Graduate School administration office, Stimson Hall from 25th Feb, 2022. Please be sure to bring the student ID card. (Office Hour: Mon – Fri, 9.00 ~ 17.20)
