As part of the Graduate School Innovation Support Project, graduate school have signed an agreement with the Sejong Hakdang Foundation to operate a dedicated online Korean language course called the Collaborative Online Sejong Hakdang for the purpose of supporting Korean language learning for foreign graduate students. All courses are free to attend. Students who wish to take the courses should refer to the attached guide (1. Online King Sejong Institute Learner’s Manual(Registration and Level test))) and submit their level test results and Online King Sejong Institute Korean Language Course Application along with their online Sejong Hakdang membership registration.
1. What is Online Sejong Hakdang?
1) An online learning platform that provides tailored education courses for learning Korean through online access without time and space constraints.
2) Available on both PC and mobile devices.
3) Tailored learning support for users through online level tests.

3. Application Eligibility: Yonsei University Foreign graduate students
4. Application Process (Refer to 1. Online King Sejong Institute Learner’s Manual(Registration and Level test) file)
1) Register for online Sejong Hakdang membership at www.iksi.or.kr.
- When registering for membership, be sure to provide the same name and email address as registered on the Yonsei Portal.
2) Take the level test and save the level test results as a PDF.
3) Submit the level test results (PDF) and Online King Sejong Institute Korean Language Course Application (Refer to 4. Online King Sejong Institute Korean Language Course Application Form file) by email (Submission email: ysgrad_inno@yonsei.ac.kr).
- Email subject: Submitting online Sejong Hakdang test results and application form - student number - name.
4) On the expected course start date, check the course progress in "My Lecture Room" on the online Sejong Hakdang and begin learning.
5. Membership Registration Period and Results Submission Deadline: ~ May 2 (Tue)
6. Course Start Date: May 8 (Mon)
