Ultrasensitive detection and risk assessment of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate migrated from daily-use plastic products using a nanostructured electrochemical aptasensor 



Professor Hyo-Il Jung's research team in the Department of Mechanical Engineering conducted a study on "An electrochemical aptasensor for high sensitivity detection of plasticizers". This study was published in 'Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical' (Impact Factor: 9.221, Top 6.32%, Volume 357), a global biosensor journal in April 2022. In this paper, an electrochemical aptasensor was successfully proposed that detects high-sensitivity plasticizers. Using this, a small amount of plasticizer migrated from daily used plastic products was monitored and the risk assessment according to plasticizer exposure was evaluated.
