초록
The purpose of this study is to investigate expertise network positions of college students majoring in tourism management on knowledge sharing behavior. In this paper, we introduce a research model that consists of two antecedents (Expertise Centrality of Learning Network, Tertius Iungens Orientation) that were thought to result in knowledge sharing behavior. In order to validate the proposed research model, we collected the data from 39 respondents who attend a university in Bu-cheon City, Korea. The results showed that expertise centrality of learning network had a significant impact on Tertius Iungens Orientation, which leads to knowledge sharing behavior.

연구의의

본 연구는 관광경영전공 대학생들의 학업 전문성 네트워크 중심성 위치, 테르티우스융겐스 성향과 지식공유행동 간의 인관관계를 규명하였음. 지식공유행동을 활성화시키는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 테르티우스융겐스 성향을 향상시키는 선행요인으로 학생들 간의 네트워크에 관심을 가질 필요가 있음이 제기됨. 테르티우스융겐스는 사람과 사람, 정보와 정보를 연결하는 주요한 성향으로 더불어 사는 공동체 구현에 있어 주의 깊게 살펴볼 필요가 있는 주제임.
