2023학년도 2학기 학부 수강과목 철회 안내

2023학년도 2학기 수강신청 과목 중 부득이한 사유로 계속 수강할 수 없는 경우는 다음의 안내에 따라 지정된 기간에 철회하시기

바랍니다.

1. 수강철회 절차(세부 내용은 첨부파일 확인)

- 연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→ 학사관리→ 수업→ 수강→ 수강철회신청)에서 학생이 직접 온라인으로 철회를 신청

2. 수강철회 기간

- 2023. 10. 27.(금) 09:00 ∼ 10. 31.(화) 23:59

3. 유의사항

1) 수강과목 철회 후 다른 과목으로 대체 수강신청 할 수 없으며, 수강과목 철회 후에도 신청과목이 최소 1과목 이상이 되어야 

합니다.

2) 철회한 과목은 성적평가에서 제외되며, 성적증명서에 기재되지 않습니다.

3) 수강과목을 철회한 학생은 학칙 제43조2항에 의하여 학점초과 신청이나 우등생(최우등생, 우등생, 우수생) 및 최우등졸업생,

우등졸업생 대상에서 제외됩니다.

4) 수강철회 후 학사포탈 내 개인시간표에서 과목이 삭제되지 않으니, 반드시 수강신청 내역 메뉴에서 확인

: 수강철회 신청 후에 연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→ 학사관리→ 수업→ 수강신청 내역)에서 확인

5) 2013학번 이후 재수강 횟수를 사용하여 수강신청한 과목을 철회하는 경우, 재수강 횟수는 차감되지 않습니다.

6) 철회관련 문의는 학사지원팀(02-2123-2090)으로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

7) 철회에 따른 장학금 관련 문의는 학생지원팀(02-2123-8191~2)으로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

재난위기학기 수강철회 특례제도 안내

재난위기학기 수강철회 특례제도는 코로나19 감염병 확산에 따른 전면 비대면·온라인강의 실시 상황에서 불안정한 네트워크 환경, 열악한 정보통신 기기 등 학습자의 학습능력이나 노력과 무관한 외적인 상황 요인으로 정당한 평가를 받지 못한 학생들에 대하여, 이를 보완하고자 2020-1학기에 한하여 시행하는 제도입니다.

1. 신청대상자

- 2020-1학기를 이수한 신촌캠퍼스(국제캠퍼스 포함) 학부생

※ 2020-1학기를 이수한 학부생 중 아직 재난위기학기 수강철회를 신청하지 못한 학생(재학생 및 휴학생(입대휴학생 포함))은 모두 이번 학기 수강철회기간에 재난위기학기 수강철회를 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 재난위기학기 수강철회는 2023학년도 2학기까지 운영되며 2024학년도부터는 신청 불가합니다.

- 졸업자/학사학위수료자/제적자 신청 불가

- 2023-2학기 의과대/치과대 소속 학생 신청 불가

2. 재난위기학기 수강철회 교과목의 범위

- 2020-1학기에 이수한 학부개설 교과목, 국내교환대학 교과목, 대학원 교과목(학부 인정, 대학원 인정) 중 P/NP 교과목을

제외한 1과목에 대하여 철회 가능합니다. 단, 철회 후 이수과목이 최소 1과목 이상이 되어야 합니다.

3. 재난위기학기 수강철회 신청 기간 및 방법(세부 내용은 첨부파일 확인)

- 2023. 10. 27.(금) 09:00 ~ 10. 31.(화) 23:59

- 방법: 연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→학사행정→성적→[학부]재난위기학기수강철회 메뉴에서 신청

※ 철회 신청의 취소는 철회 신청기간에 시스템으로 가능하며, 신청기간 종료 후에는 절대 취소 불가하오니 신중히 결정하고

신청해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 졸업예정 학생은 철회 신청하기 전에, 철회하더라도 졸업학점 이수요건에 지장이 없는지 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

4. 재난위기학기 수강철회 결과 반영

- 2023. 11. 6.(월) 15:00부터 연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→학적→학생정보→성적조회)에서 확인 가능합니다. 철회한 과목은 성적표에 성적 대신 WE(Withdrawn for Emergency Situation)로 표기되고, 이수학점과 평량평균 계산에서 제외됩니다.

5. 학점 포기에 다른 제한 및 유의사항

1) 졸업 시 (최)우등 졸업 대상에서 제외

2) 2020-1학기 학사경고, 성적불량제적, 우등생(최우등생, 우등생, 우수생) 선정은 철회 전 원성적을 적용합니다.

3) 한국장학재단 장학금 및 학자금 대출, 교내 장학금에는 철회 전 원성적을 적용합니다.

4) 재난위기학기 수강철회 결과 반영 전 적용된 교외장학금의 경우 철회 전 원성적을 적용합니다.

Course Withdrawal for 2023 Fall Semester

1. Course Withdrawal Period

- October 27 (Fri) 09:00 ~ October 31 (Tue) 23:59

Go to Yonsei Portal Services (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/) ⇒ Academic Information System ⇒ Academic Management System (Degree Programs) ⇒ Course ⇒ Course Enrollment ⇒ Apply for Withdrawal

3. Notices

A. When a student withdraws from a course, he/she cannot add a new course instead.

B. Students must be registered for at least one course after the withdrawal becomes effective.

C. Withdrawn courses will be exempt from GPA evaluation.

D. Withdrawn courses will remain on your personal class schedule timetable.

E. From the 2009 academic year, withdrawn courses will not appear on the transcript.

F. Students with course withdrawals are not eligible to apply for extra credits in the next semester and for academic honor roll though their GPA may meet the requirements.

G. After withdrawing from a course during the designated withdrawal period, verify that the course has indeed been withdrawn by checking the course enrollment list on the Yonsei Portal System.

H. If a student, admitted in 2013 and thereafter, used course repeat opportunity to enroll a course and withdrawn from the course, course repeat opportunity will not be used.

Course Withdrawal for Emergency

The Course Withdrawal for Emergency is implemented only for the 2020 Spring semester courses to remedy the unfair evaluation result endowed unrelated to students’ learning abilities or efforts such as unstable network environment and poor IT devices in online/non-face-to-face classes under the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. Applicable Students

- Undergraduates of Sinchon Campus(including the International Campus) who have completed the 2020 Spring semester.

※ Students who took courses during 2020 spring semester and have not yet applied for Course Withdrawal for Emergency (including students

who are currently on a leave of absence and on a military leave) can apply for Course Withdrawal for Emergency during the course withdrawal period in Fall 2023. The Course Withdrawal for Emergency will be available only until 2023 Fall semester and will not be available from 2024 Spring semester.

- Those who graduated or in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree', and Dismissed Students cannot apply.

- 2023 Fall semester Medicine/Dentistry College students cannot apply.

2. Applicable Courses for Withdrawal

- One course completed in 2020 Spring semester except for P/NP graded courses. At least one course must remain completed after withdrawal.

3. Course Withdrawal Period for Emergency(Details in attachment file)

- October 27 (Fri) 09:00 ~ October 31 (Tue) 23:59

- Cancellation of withdrawal is possible through the Yonsei Portal during the same period.

- Withdrawal cannot be cancelled after the course withdrawal period.

- Students who wish to graduate or be in 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree' status must check whether the course withdrawal does not result in lack of graduation requirements.

4. Recalculating GPA after Course Withdrawal for Emergency

- Recalculated GPA will be updated on Nov. 6. (Mon) 15:00, and can be checked at the Yonsei Portal Service

(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/ → Academic Information System → Academic Management System (Degree Programs) → Course → Grading Browse).

The withdrawn course will be marked as ’WE (Withdrawn for Emergency Situation)’ instead of grade on the transcript and be excluded from GPA calculation.

5. Notices

1) Students with the course withdrawal are not eligible for academic honors even if their GPAs meet the requirements.

2) 2020 Spring semester academic warnings, academic warning dismissals, academic honors given based on the original GPA before

withdrawal will remain effective.

3) The original GPA before withdrawal is applied to screening the qualification for the grants and scholarships, student loans of the Korea

Student Aid Foundation.

4) The original GPA before withdrawal is applied to screening the qualification for internal and external scholarships.
