After you arrive

Moving to a new country is exciting and also confusing. In the first few weeks, there are many new things to learn about and accomplish. This information will help you as you settle in at Yonsei.

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, you can use various transportation options to get to Yonsei University.

The Orientation will be held in February or August, before the new semester begins.

The details will be informed by the Office of Academic Affairs, and it is highly recommended to attend the orientation to get important information to settle yourself in at Yonsei.

Yonsei University ID card can be used as a transportation card (rechargeable), debit card, access card for the libraries. Application details will be informed during the orientation.

Foreigners intending to stay in Korea for more than 90 days after entry are required to do Foreigner Registration at the immigration office.

Yonsei OIA(Office of International Affairs) will be operating KISF visa agency service(group application) to assist international students every semester, which is early March or early September when the new semester begins.

If your address, mobile number, email address in Korea is determined, you are required to update your personal information at Yonsei Portal when the new semester begins.
