세미나 제목 : How to Architect Next-Generation Computer Systems

발표초록 :

The next-generation computer systems must provide high performance and low power for emerging computing environments.

However, it is becoming extremely difficult to scale the performance and cost effectiveness of such systems due to the inefficiency of current CPU and server platforms.

In this talk, I will first describe key issues in designing a future high-performance, cost-effective server platform, introduce a sophisticated performance modeling methodology,

and finally present a next-generation server architecture.
