2019-2학기 글로벌인재학부 (GLD) 튜터링 참가자 모집
글로벌인재학부(GLD)에서는 아래와 같이 튜터링에 참여할 학생을 모집하오니,
튜터 또는 튜티를 희망하는 학생은 신청서와 증빙서류를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
튜터링은 수강변경기간 종료 후 최종 확정된 수강신청 결과를 토대로 매칭될 예정입니다.
1. 참가 자격
가. 튜터 및 튜티(이번 학기부터 신촌과 국제 캠퍼스의 자격 조건이 다르므로 확인 요망)

전공기초 교과목에서
A- 이상의 학점을 받은 GLD 학생
해당 전공기초 교과목 학습에
도움을 받고자 하는 GLD 학생
국제
직전 학기 평량평균 3.5 이상이고 토픽(TOPIK) 5급 이상인 GLD 학생
해당 교과목 또는 기초한국어 학습에 도움을 받고자 하는 GLD 학생
※튜터와 튜티 1:1 매칭 방식으로 운영되며, 튜터는 1인당 1개 팀, 튜티는 1인당 최대 2개 팀 활동(참여) 가능
2. 신청기한: 2019. 9. 6.(금) 오후 5:00까지, 신청기간 경과 후 신청 불가
3. 신청방법
가. 신청서:
첨부 파일(신청서) 작성 후 glc@yonsei.ac.kr 로 제출
나. 성적증명서 1부 (튜터 신청자 중 해당하는 학생만 제출)
※ GLD 기초한국어과정의 경우, 토픽 5급 이상의 성적증명서를 역시 glc@yonsei.ac.kr로 제출
4. 절차:
[참가희망자] 신청 → 선정팀 발표 → [선정팀] 학기 중 교수학습혁신센터(ICTL)의 운영 절차에 따라 튜터링 진행
※ 과목 매칭이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 선발되지 않을 수 있음.
5. 활동방법
가. 해당 교과목 또는 기초한국어 튜터링 팀 단위 학습 활동
나. 한 학기 필수 활동시간: 15시간 (주당 평균 1시간) 이상
다. 필수 항목: 오리엔테이션(9월 16일(월) 오후 3시, 신촌캠퍼스) 참석,
중간점검 및 기말 발표(일정 추후 공지, 신촌캠퍼스) 참석,
웹 활동일지 작성
6. 특전
가. 튜터: 튜터장학금 지급(20만원), 자원봉사인증서 발급(유학 및 구직활동 시 경력 활용)
나. 튜티: 튜터링 활동확인서 발급(발급조건: 오리엔테이션, 기말 발표 참석 등)
※ 튜터 대상 사회봉사학점(1학점)은 지식 나눔 봉사 본연의 취지를 살리고자 2018-1학기부터 부여하지 않음
7. 유의사항
가. 튜터링 시작 이후 중도 포기 불가하므로 신중하게 신청할 것
나. OT 이후 활동을 중단하는 경우 행정실을 방문하여 취소 사유서 제출
8. 참고사항
가. 튜터는 오티, 중간/기말 발표, 웹활동일지 모두 참석 및 완수해야 하고 불참할 경우 활동 자체를 진행할 수 없습니다.
튜티는 오티, 기말 발표 참석 대상이고, 만약 참석하지 않을 경우 활동에는 문제 없으나 튜터링 활동 확인서는 발급받을 수 없습니다.
나. 국제캠퍼스 거주, 수업 등의 사유로 9월 16일 오티에 참석하지 못하는 학생들에게는 향후 추가 오티의 기회가 주어지므로 나중에라도 반드시 참석하셔야 합니다.
단 오티 참석이 늦어지는 만큼 튜터링의 시작도 늦어지게 됨에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
다. GLD 전공과목 또는 기초한국어 이외 교양과목 등도 튜터링 가능합니다.
라. 기초한국어 과목을 신청하시는 튜터는 신청서에 한국어 외 가능한 외국어를 밝혀주시면 매칭이 더욱 수월해질 수 있습니다.

GLD Tutoring Program Participant Recruitment
Global Leaders Division is recruiting the students who wish to participate in GLD tutoring program.
Please submit the application form and supporting documents via email (glc@yonsei.ac.kr).
Tutors and tutees will be matched based on their time table after the Add & Drop period.
Eligibility
1) Tutor and Tutee (Starting from this fall semester of 2019,
there is different eligibility between Sinchon and International campus,
please read the following information with caution)

GLD students who have received A- or higher on the major courses
GLD students who seek help for the major courses
International
GLD students who have previously received cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above and TOPIK level 5 or above
GLD students who seek help for the fundamental Korean courses
※ One tutor will be assigned to one tutee (1-on-1 system), tutors only have one team per person, tutee may participate in 2 team at maximum.
2. Application Period: by Friday, September 6th (17:00PM) (Submission after the deadline will not be accepted)
3. Application Process
1). Application form
Fill in the application form and send it to glc@yonsei.ac.kr
2) Official Transcript (tutor)
※ In case of the fundamental Korean class, tutors also need to submit the TOPIK score above the level 5 to glc@yonsei.ac.kr
4. Application Procedure:
Application registration > Announcement of the selected teams > Tutoring proceeded by ICTL (Innovation center for Teaching and Learning) steps during the semester
※Applicants may not be selected if the course applied by the tutor and tutee does not match
5. Tutoring Process
1) Tutoring will proceed in a team unit comprising of a tutor and a tutee for a single subject or the fundamental Korean classes
2) Minimum tutoring hours required per semester: 15 hours or more (one hour per week on average)
3) Required activities: Participation in the Orientation (Monday, September 16th at 15:00 PM in Sinchon campus),
interim evaluation, participation in the final presentation, completion of an online activity log
6. Benefits
1) Tutor: Tutor Scholarship (Around 200,000KRW), Certificate of Volunteering (will work beneficial to those planning to study abroad or writing a resume)
2) Tutee: Certificate of Tutoring (Requirements: Participation in Orientation and Final Presentation, etc.)
※ Starting from spring semester of 2018, Volunteer Service credit (1 credit) is not given to uphold the objective of volunteer service.
7. Notice
1) You may not withdraw once you are registered for the tutoring program, Please apply after careful consideration.
2) If you withdraw the tutoring program after the orientation, please visit the GLC Administration Office and hand in “Explanatory Statement” for withdrawal.
8. Further Information
1) Tutor must participate in orientation and final presentation and also need to complete the interim evaluation and online activity log.
If tutors do not meet the requirements, even though the tutoring session would proceed nonetheless, but the certificate of volunteering will not be issued.
2) An extra orientation will be held for the students who cannot attend the orientation due to inevitable reasons such as classes, living in the international campus, etc.
Please note that the tutoring program will be delayed as well.
3) In case of tutors who apply for the fundamental Korean class, please write down your second language in the application, it will be helpful; when matching tutor and tutee.
