글로벌기초교육학부 글로벌 튜터링 참가자 모집

수강변경기간 종료 후 최종 결정된 수강신청 결과를 토대로 아래와 같이 튜터링에 참여할 학생을 모집하오니,

다음 사항을 확인하신 후 튜티를 희망하시는 GBED 학생은 신청서를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 튜티 참가 자격

    해당 교과목 또는 기초한국어 학습에 도움을 받고자 하는 GBED 학생

     * 1인당 2개 팀 활동 가능

2. 신청기한: 2019. 3. 14.(목) 11:00까지, 신청기간 경과 후 신청 불가

3. 신청방법

    가. 신청서

        2) 위의 링크로 신청이 안되는 경우 : 첨부파일 기재 후 gbed@yonsei.ac.kr 로 제출

4. 절차: [참가희망자] 신청 - 선정팀 발표 - [선정팀] 학기 중 OSE 절차에 따라 튜터링 진행

           * 과목 매칭이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 선발되지 않을 수 있음.

5. 활동방법

    가. 해당 교과목 튜터링 팀 단위 학습 활동

    나. 한 학기 필수 활동시간: 15시간 이상(주당 평균 1시간)

    다. 필수 항목: 오리엔테이션(3월 15일 오후 4시, 신촌캠퍼스 백양관 강당) 참석, 중간점검 및 기말발표(일정 추후 공지, 신촌캠퍼스) 참석, 웹 활동일지 작성

6. 특전

    튜티: 튜터링활동확인서 발급(발급조건: 오리엔테이션, 기말발표 참석 등)

7. 유의사항

    가. 튜터링 시작 이후 중도 포기 불가하므로 신중하게 신청할 것

    나. OT 이후 활동을 중단하는 경우 취소사유서 제출

8. 부연설명

    가. 튜티는 오티, 기말 발표 참석 대상이고, 만약 참석하지 않을 경우 활동에는 문제 없으나 튜터링활동확인서는 발급받을 수 없습니다.

    나. 국제캠퍼스 거주, 수업 등의 사유로 3월 15일 오티에 참석하지 못하는 학생들에게는 향후 추가 오티의 기회가 주어지므로 나중에라도 반드시 참석하셔야 합니다. 단 오티 참석이 늦어지는 만큼 튜터링의 시작도 늦어지게 됨에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

    다. 교양과목도 튜터링 가능합니다.

GBED students may apply for the Global Tutoring program as tutees after the ‘Drop & Add’ period. 

Applicants please be aware of the following.

１．Qualification As Tutee

         GBED students who need help with a course or learning Basic Korean

         *One student can participate in two teams maximum

2. Application period: March 14, 2019(Thu) 11:00AM. No application accepted after the deadline

4. Procedure: Application (Tutee) - Announcement of selected teams - tutoring proceeded by OSE steps during semester

                         *Applicants may not be selected if the course applied by the tutor and tutee does not match

5. Activity Method

    A. Tutoring activity with the team on the same subject

    B. Required tutoring time during one semester: 15 hrs up (one hour average/week)

    C. Essential Provision: Attend orientation (March 15, 4pm at Shinchon Campus Baekyang Assembly Hall) and final presentation (date will be announced, at Shinchon Campus), midterm check, make a tutoring journal on Website

6. Benefits

    Tutee: Tutoring Activity Certificate

7. Notice

    A. Students may not default halfway through the semester.

    B. If students hope to default after the orientation, an explanation form will be required.

8. Further Explanation

    A. Tutees are recommended to attend the orientation and final presentation. 

         In case of absence, the tutoring session would proceed nonetheless; however, the certificate will not be issued.

  B. An extra orientation will be held for students who cannot attend the orientation due to classes, 

       living in the International Campus etc. However, please note that the tutoring program will also be delayed.

  C. General Education courses are also open to tutoring.
