Academic Advising for Academic Warning Recipients

Advising Schedule: July 17th (Wed) ~ August 9th (Fri)

Advising Requirements: You must complete the academic warning counseling via portal system before you enroll the course for the next semester

[How to Apply] 

1. Log into portal system: Academic Administration - Registrar - Interview with Advisor - Application for Interview with Advisor

2. Submit academic warning questionnaire

3. After confirming the advisor, select the reservation date and time (if the advisor is not confirmed , contac the department or university adminstratioin team)

4. After writing the reason for application, check the academic warning interview within the purpose of the interview and apply

5. Check the application details and participate in the interbiew on the confirmed date.

指导日程：7月17日（星期三）至8月9日（星期五）

指导要求：在下学期选课之前，您必须通过门户系统完成学士警告咨询

[如何申请]

1. 1. 登录门户系统：学士管理 - 注册处 - 与指导教授面谈 - 申请与指导教授面谈
2. 2. 提交学士警告问卷
3. 3. 确认指导教授后，选择预约日期和时间（如果指导教授未确认，请联系专业行政处或大学行政处）
4. 4. 填写申请理由，勾选学士警告面谈的面谈目的后申请
5. 5. 检查申请详情，并在确认的日期参加面谈
6.
