▣ Abstract

최근 대기중 미세먼지는 물론 바이러스와 같이 공중에 부유하는 에어로졸에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 강좌에서는 에어로졸의 여러 특징들에 대한 설명과 에어로졸 측정에 대한 다양한 기술이 소개된다. 또한 MEMS 기술을 이용하여 더욱 작고 싼 가격에 구현이 가능해진 에어로졸 측정기들의 예와 그 응용에 대한 소개가 이어진다. 이에 더해, 다양한 센서들의 융합에 의한 센서퓨전과 인공지능 기술 등을 이용한 더욱 진보된 에어로졸 측정 방법들도 소개된다.
