Guidance for Academic Counseling for Students Approaching End of Term
- Passing the qualification exam by the end of the previous semester is a mandatory requirement for submitting a research plan for thesis writing.
- To extend the deadline for thesis submission, you must meet the completion requirements, including passing the qualification exam, achieving the required cumulative GPA, and earning the necessary total credits. If these requirements are not met, the thesis submission deadline cannot be extended → dismissal upon the end of term if the semester cannot be extended.
- For students extending their semester:
①If the research plan is not submitted, the thesis cannot be reviewed → leading to dismissal upon the end of term due to failure to meet graduation requirements.
②If the thesis is not submitted, it results in dismissal upon the end of term due to failure to meet graduation requirements.
