1. Name of University (Country name): University of Chicago (USA)

The Harris School of Public Policy is the public policy school of the University of Chicago. The school is consistently ranked in the top five policy analysis schools in the United States. Further, the Harris School is known for its curricular interactions with the University-at-large, with students drawing upon the offerings of the Booth School of Business, Law School, School of Social Service Administration, and the Graduate Division of the Social Sciences.

3. General Information

(1) Admission Criteria
- Students who have earned or expected to complete 24 credits. In principle, the required credits include GSIS Core courses, Programs required courses, field of concentration courses, and distribution requirement. Otherwise, approval of the program chair is required.
- Students with TOEFL score 107 (IBT) or above or IELTS score of 7.0 or above or who completed bachelor’s degree from English speaking country (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand)
- Students with competitive GRE or GMAT score
- Students who are recommended by the program chair
- Students who are physically healthy
- Students who have not received any disciplinary action
- Students who have no problem obtaining an American visa
- Students who meet all other conditions specified in the dual degree agreement
- Thesis is compulsory if student takes dual degree program

(2) Admission schedule
- Website announcement: Every February
- Available date: Second semester only

(3) Required documents
- An application form (University of Chicago format)
- Statement of Purpose (300 words)
- Official transcripts of undergraduate and graduate school in English
- Copy of English proficiency (TOEFL 107 or above or IETLS 7.0 or above) (Taken within 2 years) or Bachelor’s degree from English speaking country (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand)
- Competitive GRE or GMAT score
- Three recommendation letters from academic references
- CV (Resume)

(4) Application process Apply it through Yonsei GSIS office

4. Tuition, Scholarship and length of visit

(1) Tuition: Pay an international tuition fee at University of Chicago (45,630 USD about 55 million KRW) per year Student also needs to pay 1/3 of tuition fee at Yonsei GSIS

(2) Length of visit: Two semesters (One year)
