I thank you for visiting Yonsei Frontier Lab, which is set to establish itself as South Korea and Yonsei University’s future research cradle. As a premier institution in both academia and research within South Korea, Yonsei University has accomplished feats represented by its annual research funds amounting to 400 billion won and outstanding international paper publications exceeding 5,000 a year. This feat was undergirded by the systemic combination of Yonsei University’s eminent faculty, abundant research manpower, and the school’s policy support.

Yonsei University seeks to carry forward Yonsei’s research capacity enrichment at a global level through Yonsei Frontier Lab. This collaborative research hub and Open Network Lab are designed to navigate the challenges of the 21st century. Through this, Yonsei University aspires to establish itself as a leading research institution developing growth-oriented energy by enhancing its research competitiveness based on integrated research with the world’s distinguished researchers. To achieve this, Yonsei Frontier Lab will actively invest in initiatives promoting research and extend tailored invitations to outstanding international scholars.
