여러분께서 제출해주신 학위논문 파일은 연세대학교 학술정보원 dCollection 및 협약기관(한국교육학술정보원의 RISS 등)을 통해 온라인 원문서비스로 제공됩니다. 아울러, 책자논문은 보관/열람을 위하여 학술정보원에 2부, 국립중앙도서관과 국회도서관에 각 1부씩 보관됩니다.
여러분의 소중한 연구성과가 미래연구와 학문발전을 위해 쓰일 수 있도록 제출과정에도 적극 협조 부탁드립니다.
1. 온라인제출
가. 제출기간: 2019. 12. 26.(목) ~ 2020. 1. 2.(목) 중 24시간가능
나. 제출방법: 학위논문온라인제출사이트(http://dcollection.yonsei.ac.kr) -> 로그인 -> 자료제출
- ID/PW는연세포탈과동일합니다.
- 제출방법및저작권설정은학위논문온라인제출매뉴얼(첨부파일)을참고해주세요.
다. 파일형식: pdf 형식 (다른포맷으로업로드시페이지밀림, 그림/도표깨짐현상등이발생할수있습니다.)
라. 검증작업시간: 제출기간중 09:00~17:00
- 입력한메타데이터값, 제출된파일의이상유무등을확인합니다.
- 검증후승인처리는관리자가직접수동으로실시합니다. 따라서업무일기준 1일내로승인되지만, 마감일에가까워져제출자가몰리면더욱오래걸릴수있습니다.
- ‘dCollection – 제출내역’ 페이지에서본인의논문상태를확인해주세요.
논문상태 승인 여부 설명 ‘자료제출’ 버튼 미승인 제출건이임시저장상태에있습니다. 해당버튼을누르고자료제출프로세스를끝까지완료해주세요. 논문제출 접수완료 미승인 제출과정이완료되었습니다. 관리자의검증을기다려주세요. 반송 미승인 제출건이반송되었습니다. 반송사유는 ‘개인공지’를확인해주세요.

나. 제출장소: 연세·삼성학술정보관 1층조용선전시실
다. 제출항목
① 하드커버 논문 제출부수: 4부
- 심사위원전원이도장또는서명한원본인준서를포함한 1부가반드시있어야함. (나머지는인준서사본이들어간책자제출 가능)
- 단, 온라인비공개학위논문, 일반대학원법학과학위논문은 5부② 저작권 이용동의서 제출부수: 1부
- 본인서명필.③ 제출확인서 제출부수: 1부
- 제출처에서확인도장을받아주세요.
- 특수/전문대학원소속은해당대학원에직접제출해주세요. (일반대학원소속은제출처에일괄제출)* 저작권이용동의서, 제출확인서는온라인제출승인이후, dCollection – 제출내역페이지에서출력가능
3. 온라인 설문조사(박사졸업자만 해당)
-설문조사 방법: 한국직업능력개발원의 온라인 조사 페이지( http://www.narastat.kr/emdh ) 에 접속하여 응답 후 설문 완료증을 출력하여 논문제출확인서와 함께 연합신학대학원 행정팀으로 제출하시기 바랍니다.
4. 기타유의사항
가. 학위논문작성법(체제)에관한내용은 일반대학원학위논문작성법(체제) 안내(아래링크)를 참조하되, 소속 및 전공은 연합신학대학원의 전공표기에 따라 기재함(예: '연합신학대학원 상담코칭학전공')

The thesis files you submit will be provided as online full-text services through the dCollection of the Yonsei University Library and RISS of the Korea Education and Research Information Service. In addition, 2 copies of the papers are kept at the Yonsei University Library for archiving / reading, and one at the National Library of Korea and the National Assembly Library.
Please cooperate in the submission process so that your valuable research results can be used for future research and academic development.
1. Online Submission
i. When: Dec. 26, 2019 (Thu) ~ Jan. 2, 2020 (Thu) 24 hours availableii. How: Dissertation online submission site (http://dcollection.yonsei.ac.kr) -> Login -> Submit
- Use Yousei portal ID/PW.
- Please refer to the online submission manual (attached file) for submission method and copyright setting.
iii. File format: pdf only (other formats can cause page breakage, picture/chart breakage, etc.)
iv. Verification work time: 9:00 ~ 17:00, during submission period
- For checking the metadata you entered and whether there are any problems with the submitted file, etc.
- After the verification, the approval process is performed manually by the administrator. Normally, it is approved within 1 business day, but it may take longer if the deadline is near and the submitter is driven.
- Please check your thesis status on the ‘dCollection – Submit history’ page.

① Hard-bound thesis Required: 4 copies
- One of the copies must have the original thesis approval sheet signed by all members of the advisory committee. (Others can have scanned page.)
- 5 copies are required for copyright disagree or Department of Law thesis.②License Agreement Required: 1 copy
- With the author’s signature.③Submit Confirmation Required: 1 copy
- Please get confirmation stamp from the thesis submission office.
- Submit it to your graduate school office.
(For applicants who belongs to the general graduate school, submit it at the thesis submission office.)* License Agreement and Submit Confirmation can be printed out on the ‘dCollection – Submit history’ page, after online submission is approved.
3. Notes
i. The format of the thesis should be confirmed by the author referring to the dissertation notice on the homepage of the graduate school, or please inquire to your department office. There is no specific format designated by the library.

iii. When submitting by deputy, please make your deputy bring your identification card (student ID card is OK) and then visit the submission office.
iv. Please adhere to the deadline for online, book thesis submission.
v. If you are a doctoral degree recipients, it would be grateful if you could cooperate with the survey of the KRIVET for a new doctoral degree from Korea in the first half of 2019. (Please refer to the link below.)
