졸업, 수강신청 등과 관련하여 학생 여러분의 이메일 문의가 급증하고 있습니다.

행정팀에서도 최선을 다하여 신속하게 답변하려고 노력하고 있으나, 

일부 학생들이 학생 신분을 밝히지 않고 단순 문의를 하는 경우가 많아, 아래와 같이 협조를 당부합니다.

1. 단순한 문의는 사전에 연세대학교 홈페이지, GLC, GBED 홈페이지 등을 방문하여 스스로 확인하는 노력을 기울여주시기 바랍니다.

2. 글로벌인재대학이 현재 사용하고 있는 공용 이메일 주소를 안내드리오니 해당 메일 계정을 확인하고 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

glc@yonsei.ac.kr: 글로벌인재대학 소속 학생이 학사, 졸업, 장학금, 인턴십, 휴복학 등과 관련하여 문의하는 공용 이메일 주소

gbed@yonsei.ac.kr: 글로벌기초교육학부 소속 학생이 학사, 장학금, 휴복학 등과 관련하여 문의하는 공용 이메일 주소

glcedu@yonsei.ac.kr: 글로벌인재대학이 제공하는 글쓰기 대면지도, 온라인 튜터링, 튜터링 프로그램, 취업특강 등과 관련하여 문의하는 공용 이메일 주소

행정팀으로 이메일을 보낼 때에는 반드시 학생분의 이름과 소속, 학번을 알려주시기 바랍니다. 소속(전공)과 학번을 알려주지 않으면, 학생이 문의하는 사항에 대하여 정확한 안내를 해주기가 어렵습니다.

-이메일을 받는 사람의 입장에서 본인의 요청사항이 충분히 전달될 수 있도록 본인의 이름 과 관련 정보를 상대방에게 제공하는 것

-반말이나 비속어를 사용하지 않는 것

Dear GLC students,

The number of e-mail inquiries from students regarding graduation, course enrollment, etc. is increasing rapidly. The administration team is also trying our best to answer as soon as possible.
Some students often make simple inquiries without revealing their student identities, so we ask for your kind cooperation as belows:

1. For simple inquiries, please visit Yonsei university, GLC and GBED website first and make efforts to   check them on your own.
2. The public email address currently used by Global Leaders College are as follows. 

    Please check the email address and contact us.
 
glc@yonsei.ac.kr: Public e-mail address for GLC students to inquire about their academic affairs, graduation, scholarship, internship, leave&return, etc.
gbed@yonsei.ac.kr: Public e-mail address for GBED students to inquire about their academic affairs, scholarship and leave&return, etc.
glcedu@yonsei.ac.kr: Public e-mail address for inquiries regarding online face to face writing, online tutoring, tutoring programs, employment special lectures, etc offered by GLC.

When you send an e-mail to the administration team, please let us know your name, affiliation, and student number. If you don't reveal your affiliation(major) and student number, it's difficult to give accurate guidance on what students ask.
