참가자(Tutee) 모집 안내
글로벌기초교육학부(GBED)에서는 아래와 같이 튜터링에 참여할 튜티(Tutee)를 모집하오니,
참가를 희망하는 학생은 세부 사항을 확인한 후
신청서를 첨부하여 커리어연세를 통해 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
GBED 튜터링(GBED Tutoring)이란?
GBED 학생들 중 대학 수업 및 한국의 대학 생활에 도움이 필요한 튜티(Tutee)와,
교과목에 대한 지식을 갖고 있거나 튜티의 대학 생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는
한국인 튜터(Tutor)가 팀을 이루어 함께 공부하는 학습 프로그램입니다.
최대한 동일한 전공 학생들로 팀을 구성하지만
다른 전공의 튜터와 함께 학습하는 경우도 있습니다.
1. 모집 대상: 전공기초 및 GLC 교과목 또는 기초한국어 학습에 도움을 받고자 하는 GBED 학생
* 튜터와 튜티 1:1 매칭 방식으로 운영되며, 1인당 최대 2개 팀 신청 및 활동 가능
* 24학번 신입생은 3월 4일부터 신청 가능
2. 절차
- [참가희망자] → 신청 → 매칭 후 최종 선정 팀 발표
- [선정 팀] → 학기 중 교수학습혁신센터(ICTL)의 운영 절차에 따라 튜터링 진행
* 과목 매칭이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 선발되지 않을 수 있음.
3. 신청 방법
Step 1.
연세포탈 → 학사정보시스템 → 취업안내(커리어연세) 클릭 후 로그인
Step 2.
"비교과(비교과프로그램)" 메뉴 선택 후 "검색"란에 "GBED" 또는 "Tutoring" 입력
Step 3.
“2024-1학기 GBED Tutoring 참가자(Tutee) 모집 안내” 선택
Step 4.
안내문 내용을 잘 읽은 후 신청서(첨부파일)를 다운로드하여 내용 작성 후 "신청" 선택 (파일 형식은 word, hwp 중 1가지 선택)
☞파일명은 아래와 같이 할 것
“학번(2024○○○○○○)_성명_2024-1학기_GBED_Tutoring_Tutee_신청서식”
Step 5.
신청 화면의 “첨부파일” 항목에서 “파일첨부”를 클릭하여 신청서 파일 첨부 후 “신청” 클릭
* 신청서(첨부파일)를 반드시 함께 제출해야 함
4. 신청기간: 2024. 2. 27.(화)~3. 10.(일), 신청 기간 종료 후 신청 불가
※ 24학번 신입생은 3월 4일부터 신청 가능
5. 매칭 결과 발표: 2024. 3. 14(목)(이메일로 개별 공지 예정)
6. 활동 방법
가. 팀(튜터-튜티) 단위로 해당 교과목 또는 기초한국어 튜터링 활동
나. 방식: 대면 튜터링(자세한 방법 및 내용은 오리엔테이션에서 안내 예정)
다. 한 학기 필수 활동시간: 15시간(주당 평균 1시간) 이상
라. 필수 참여 항목: 1) 오리엔테이션(OT) 참석(상세 일정은 추후 안내 예정, 1시간 소요 예정)
2) 웹 활동일지 작성
3) 기말 발표
※주의: 위 항목은 필수 활동시간에는 포함되지 않습니다.
7. 특전: 디지털 배지 발급(발급 조건: 필수 활동 시간 및 필수 항목 충족)
8. 유의 사항
가. 튜터링 시작 이후 중도 포기 불가하므로 신중하게 신청할 것
나. OT 이후 활동을 중단하는 경우 이메일(glcedu@yonsei.ac.kr)로 반드시 취소 사유서 제출
9. 참고 사항: 튜티는 OT, 기말 발표 참석 대상이고, 만약 참석하지 않을 경우 활동에는 문제없으나 디지털 배지는 발급받을 수 없습니다.

2024-Spring Semester GBED Tutoring Participation (Tutee) recruitment
Global Basic Education Division is recruiting Tutoring programs as follows
If students are willing to sign up please check the details in advance before submitting Application Form through Career Yonsei(https://career.yonsei.ac.kr/).
What is GBED Tutoring?
This program is a student-centered education for among GBED students, Tutee who needs help in college classes education, and university life in Korea, with Korean Tutor who has knowledge of a specific subject or can help Tutee’s college life.
The Tutors/Tutees team will be composed with the same major as possible however it could also compose with a different major as a team depending on application status.
1. Eligibility: GBED students who want to receive help in a major affiliated fundamental courses, GLC courses, and the Basic level Korean language
* The tutoring will be matched 1:1 tutor and tutee,Each people can sign up for Maximum 2 classes.
* Freshmen students enrolled in the 2024-Spring semester can apply from March 4th.
2. Application Procedure
[Participation applicant] → Apply → Final selection team announcement after matching
procedure
[Selected team] → Tutoring will be conducted during the semester according to Innovation
Center for Teaching and Learning(ICTL) operation procedure.
* Applicant may not be selected if the course applied by the tutor and tutee does not match.
3. How to apply (The application form(attached file) must be attached together and
submitted to complete the process.
Step 1.
Click Yonsei Portal → Academic Information System → Career Support(Career Yonsei) and Log In
Step 2.
Select "비교과(비교과프로그램)", Search "GBED" or “Tutoring” and select ““2024-1학기 GBED Tutoring 참가자(Tutee) 모집 안내””
Step 3.
After complete reading, the recruitment procedure, download the application form(attached file) and fill out the contents.
Select “sign up” (The file format should be either Word or HWP)
☞ The file should be saved as
“Student ID Number(2024○○○○○○)_Name_2024 Spring Semester_GBED_Global_Tutoring_Tutee_Application form”
Step 4.
Click “Attach file” on the application screen to attach the application file (Application completed)
4. Application Period: 2024. 2. 27(Tue).~3. 10(Sun). Unable to sign up after the application period
※ Freshmen students enrolled in the 2024 Spring Semester can apply from March 4th.
5. Matching result announcement: 2024. 3. 14(Thu)(Announce through Email)
6. Activity method
A. Team (tutor-tutee) unit of selected course or basic Korean language tutoring
B. Method: Face-to-face tutoringdetails wil be announced at the orientation.
C. Essential activity time for a semester: More than 15 Hours (Average 1 hour per week)
D. Mandatory criteria:
1) Attend orientation (OT)Will be informed later.
2) Create a web activity diary
3) Final presentation
※ Caution: the criteria above are not included in the essential activity time.
7. Benefit: Issuance of Digital Badge (Issuance condition: Required satisifaction of essential
activity time and mandatory criteria)
8. Precautions
A. It is not allowed to withdraw middle of tutoring therefore apply thoughtfully
B. OT If the student is willing to withdraw after OT send an email to
(glcedu@yonsei.ac.kr) with the reason for cancellation.
9. Notice: All tutees must attend OT and final presentation. If not, you will not be able to receive activity confirmation however you will be allowed to attend tutor class.
