글로벌 튜터링 참가자(튜티) 모집 및 온라인 튜터링 참가 안내

글로벌인재학부(GBED)에서는 아래와 같이 글로벌 튜터링에 참여할 튜티를 모집하오니,

참가를 희망하는 학생은 세부 사항을 확인한 후 신청서를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

튜터링은 수강변경기간 종료 후 최종 확정된 수강신청 결과를 토대로 매칭될 예정입니다.

아울러 교수학습혁신센터에서 YSCEC에 개설중인 온라인 튜터링 과목을 안내해 드리오니 많은 참여 바랍니다. 

1. 모집 대상

   소속 전공기초 및 GLC 교과목 또는 기초한국어 학습에 도움을 받고자 하는 GBED 학생

     * 1인당 최대 2개 팀 신청 및 활동 가능

2. 절차: [참가희망자] 신청 → 매칭 후 최종 선정 팀 발표

             → [선정 팀] 학기 중 교수학습혁신센터(ICTL)의 운영 절차에 따라 튜터링 진행

             ※ 과목 매칭이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 선발되지 않을 수 있음.

3. 신청방법: 첨부 파일(신청서) 작성 후 gbed@yonsei.ac.kr 로 제출

※ 메일 제목을 반드시 “2020-1학기 GBED 글로벌 튜터링(Tutee) 신청”으로 표기 바랍니다.

4. 신청 기간: 2020. 2. 24(월). ~ 3. 17(화). 오후 5:00까지, 신청기간 종료 후 신청 불가

5. 매칭 결과 발표: 2020. 3. 23(월) 오후 3시

6. 튜터링 활동 기간: 2020. 3. 27(금). ~ 6. 27(토).

변경된 학사일정에 따라 신촌캠퍼스 오리엔테이션 시작일을 기점으로 기말고사 마지막 날까지 활동.

7. 활동방법

가. 팀 단위로 해당 교과목 또는 기초한국어 튜터링 활동

나. 한 학기 필수 활동시간: 15시간 (주당 평균 1시간) 이상

다. 필수 항목: 오리엔테이션(OT) 참석 (신촌캠퍼스 : 3월 27일(금) 오후 4시/국제캠퍼스 : 4월 2일(목) 오후 4시)

    ※ 중간점검 및 기말 발표(일정 추후 공지, 신촌캠퍼스) 참석, 웹 활동일지 작성(YSCEC 이용).

8. 특전: 교수학습혁신센터(ICTL)에서 튜터링 활동 확인서 발급 (발급조건: OT 및 기말 발표 참석 등)

   ※ 센터 방문 수령 → 센터에서 발급 확인 문자 발송 이후 지정된 기간에 직접 수령  

9. 유의사항

    가. 튜터링 시작 이후 중도 포기 불가하므로 신중하게 신청할 것

    나. OT 이후 활동을 중단하는 경우 행정실을 방문하여 취소 사유서 제출

10. 참고사항

가. 튜티는 OT, 기말 발표 참석 대상이고, 만약 참석하지 않을 경우 활동에는 문제 없으나 튜터링활동 확인서는 발급받을 수 없습니다.

나. 수업 등의 사유로 OT에 참석하지 못하는 학생들에게는 향후 추가 오티의 기회가 주어지므로 나중에라도 반드시 참석하셔야 합니다. 단 OT 참석이 늦어지는 만큼 튜터링의 시작도 늦어지게 됨을 유의하시기 바랍니다.

 ※ 온라인(TCC, Tutor Created Contents) 튜터링

1. 개요

가. 튜터가 직접 제작한 튜터링 동영상을 YSCEC을 통해 무료로 시청하는 튜터링

나. 동영상은 방학 기간을 포함하여 연중 상시 제공되므로 언제든지 시청 가능

다. 복수 과목 신청이 가능하며, 한 번 신청하면 다음 학기에도 계속 수강 가능

라. 온라인 튜터링의 튜터는 오프라인 튜터링 활동에서 우수 튜터로 선정된 학생임

마. 온라인 튜터링은 비정규과정이므로 학점이수와는 무관함

2. 참가 방법: YSCEC(http;//yscec.yonsei.ac.kr) 접속(로그인)

→ 왼쪽 메뉴 중 <전체 강의 목록> 선택

→ 왼쪽 상단에서 <비정규과정> 선택

→ “강의명” 입력란에 “TCC”를 치면 총 16개의 튜터링 과목이 보임

→ 희망과목 수강신청 후 강의실 입장

3. 개설 과목

경제학입문, 통계학입문, 경제수학, 거시경제학, 미시경제학, 수리통계학, 화폐금융론, 회계원리(1), 금융공학의 이해(1),(2), 재무관리, 기초수학(영어), 유기화학(2), 자료구조, 공학수학(1),(2), 컴퓨터자료처리

2020 Spring semester, GBED Global Tutoring Program 

Participant Recruitment (Tutee only) and Online Tutoring Program Notice

Global Basic Education Division is recruiting the students who wish to participate in the Global tutoring program, please read the following information with caution. The tutor and tutee will be matched based on their time table after the Add & Drop period.

5. Announcement on matching result: 23 March 2020, Monday 15:00

6. Tutoring period: 27 March 2020, Friday ~ 27 June 2020, Saturday

Starting from the beginning of orientation till the end of final exams according to the changed academic calender.

7. Tutoring Process

1) Tutoring will proceed in a team unit comprising of a tutor and a tutee for a single subject or the fundamental Korean classes

2) Minimum tutoring hours required per semester: 15 hours or more (one hour per week on average)

3) Required activities: Participation in the Orientation

    Sinchon campus: 27 March 2020, Friday 16:00

    International campus: 2 April 2020, Thursday 16:00

※ Interim evaluation, participation in the final presentation (schedule will be announced later on,  Sinchon campus), completion of an online(YSCEC) activity log

8. Tutee Benefit: Confirmation document of tutoring from Innovation Center for Teaching and Learning (ICTL)

※ Qualification for issue: be present at OT, final presentation, and other events)

※ Receive in person at the center → receive in person at the center during the specified time period after a message about issue confirmation is sent.

9. Notice

1) You may not withdraw once you are registered for the tutoring program, Please apply after careful consideration.

2) If you withdraw the tutoring program after the orientation, please visit the GLC Administration Office and hand in “Explanatory Statement” for withdrawal.

10. Further Information

1) Tutee must participate in orientation and final presentation. If tutee do not participate in these activities, even though the tutoring session would proceed nonetheless, but the certificate of tutoring will not be issued.

2) An extra orientation will be held for the students who cannot attend the orientation due to inevitable reasons such as classes, living in the international campus, etc. Please note that the tutoring program will be delayed as well.

A. A free tutoring by watching videos on YSCEC made by tutors themselves

B. The videos will be provided throughout the year including the vacation period so will be able to watch at any time
