Announcement on Change of Online Lecture and

Dormitory Schedule in Relation to COVID-19 

As the COVID-19 virus disease spread across the world, including Europe, the government decided to apply a special entry procedure to those who enter the country from all countries, as of March 19^th. In order to prevent cluster infections caused by crowded classrooms, our university decided to extend the 2020-1 semester's non-face-to-face online lectures and change the schedule for dormitory (Sin-chon Campus Dormitory, YIC dormitory) move-in as follows. There must be many concerns due to the continuous change of schedule, but we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation as this is an additional action taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on the campus.

1. Schedule of non-face-to-face online lecture 

※ Further schedule will be notified at the end of March under careful considerations on COVID-19 situation.

2. Schedule of Dormitory move-in

A) Sin-chon Campus (Sin-chon Campus Dormitory)

   B) International campus (YIC dormitory)

1) Changes

2) Submission of Document: Immigration fact certificate or original passport of choice, tuberculosis certificate, MMR vaccination certificate

3) Early move-in is not possible.
