Students who wish to continue the residence in the campus during the vacation should be aware of the following notice on vacation stay from 15:00 Saturday, June 27th 2020.

Please read Songdo dormitory's announcement carefully and make your application.

(* GIT Students will maintain THE SAME ROOM ASSIGNMENT in Dorm F WITHOUT RELOCATION)

* Dormitory Application Period: (Wed) May 20th, 10:00 ~ (Sun) May 24th, 23:59

* How to apply: On Yonsei Portal (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) -> Academic Information System -> Academic Management System -> School Life -> Songdo Dormitory

*** (IMPORTANT) When applying, PLEASE SELECT PROPER RESIDING PERIOD AS FOLLOWS:

(1) 8 weeks: (Sat) June 27th 15:00pm ~ (Sun) Aug 23rd 12:00pm

* Only the Students who will stay in Songdo dormitory for 2020 Fall semester can apply.

(2) 7 weeks: (Sat) June 27th 15:00pm ~ (Fri) Aug 14th 12:00pm

* For those who will be graduating this August 2020 but need to extend the staying period until the graduation date, please contact GIT Office individually to inform your flight itinerary.

(3) 4 weeks: (Sat) June 27th 15:00pm ~ (Fri) July 24th 12:00pm

* THOSE WHO WILL NOT STAY AT THE DORMITORY DURING THE VACATION MUST CHECK OUT BEFORE SATURDAY, JUNE 27th 12:00pm.
