URGENT ACTIONS AGAINST THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS
1. Academic Schedule Changed
a) The first day of School: (Mon) March 16th (delayed two weeks). School ends on (Sat) June 27th, 2020.
b) The course registration period will be from (Mon) February 17th to (Fri) 21st, 2020. All students must answer the survey regarding their immigration from China or Southeast Asian countries when registering.
2. MOVING IN SONGDO DORMITORY: CHANGED (IMPORTANT)
a) THOSE WHO VISITED, LIVED OR TRAVELED CHINA OR SOUTHEAST ASIAN COUNTRIES SINCE FEBRUARY 10TH will be quarantined to A SINGLE ROOM for two weeks. Students MUST KEEP INDOORS for two weeks for quarantine. Free meals will be served to the room everyday.
b) The quarantine will be lifted after two weeks but the students may be remained in the same room for the semester (to be further noticed).
c) All students can move in the dormitory by (Sun) March 1st and will be guided as above (NO ARRIVAL ACCEPTABLE from March 2nd to March 12th).
d) ALL STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE OF ENTRY OR THE COPY OF FLIGHT ITINERARY WHEN MOVING IN.
e) For those who don't want to be quarantined, please stay in your country and make your arrival after (Fri) March 13th, 2020.
