Dear students,

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we decided to have an "online" Colloquium for this semester without an audience.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in advance.

Th.D. candidates who are going to present their thesis proposal need to submit the proposal to their supervisor and give a presentation via Zoom (online meeting w/ supervisor).

1. Proposal Submission

- Deadline: 23:59 Thursday, June 18th 2020

* If you already submitted the proposal to your supervisor, he/she will let you know the detailed date and time for the presentation accordingly.

- The proposal has to be at least 10 pages (or more) in MS Word Format (click HERE to download the proposal form)

* as we will have online meetings for the colloquium, you don't need to get the Professors' signature on the proposal form at this time.

- Please submit it to your supervisor and GIT Coordinator (gitoffice@yonsei.ac.kr) via e-mail.

- Students will be informed of the supervisor's information from the GIT Office.

2. Colloquium Presentation (ONLINE)

- Period: by the end of June (Please ask your supervisor for his/her available schedule to have a zoom meeting)

* If necessary, your supervisor will invite other Professor(s) to attend your online presentation.

* The result of Colloquium will be announced in the early July to each students' email.
