The Immigration Contact Center is a multilingual information platform that offers, pursuant to the Framework Act on Treatment of Foreigners Residing in the Republic of Korea, necessary information and counseling services in various languages to help foreigners residing in Korea adjust to our society through online and telephone channels.
The Immigration Contact Center has two main services: Hi Korea (e-Government for Foreigners), a web portal that offers online information and E-Application service (online civil affairs service) in 4 languages including Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, and 1345 Telephone Counseling Service (☎1345) offered in 19 foreign languages as well as Korean.
