[Fall 2026] Short-Form Video Production Workshop for International Students The Global One-Stop Service Center (GOSC), Office of International Affairs, invites international undergraduate students to participate in the Short-Form Video Production Workshop. This two-session, hands-on workshop will help participants develop practical digital content creation skills by learning how to plan and edit short-form videos. No prior video editing experience is required. Hands-on editing practice will be conducted using PCs in the Media Lab PLEASE NOTE Attendance at BOTH sessions is required. Please apply only if you are available to attend both workshop dates. 1. Program Overview Date & Time Session 1: Sep. 22 (Tue), 2026, 18:00–20:00 Session 2: Sep. 29 (Tue), 2026, 18:00–20:00 Venue Baekyang Hall S221 (Media Lab) Format Hands-on Video editing practice using PCs provided in the Media Lab Language English Eligibility International undergraduate students currently enrolled at Yonsei University Capacity 15 students (First-come, first-served) Participation Fee Free Provided Light dinner 2. Workshop Contents Session 1 PLAN & EDIT Sep. 22 (Tue) Learn the Basics & Practice Editing - Understanding short-form video trends and key elements - Creating hooks, storytelling, and storyboards - Learning basic editing techniques: cuts, captions, music, and transitions - Hands-on editing practice using PC in the media lab - Planning your own short-form video Between Sessions Assignment: Film a short video to use during Session 2. Session 2 REVIEW & CREATE Sep. 29 (Tue) Create Your Own Short-Form Video Reviewing and receiving feedback on your video Individual editing and hands-on practice Refining captions, music, cuts, and transitions Completing your own short-form video 3. - Dear International Researchers and Students, Navigating visa matters in a new country can be challenging. To support your smooth settlement in Korea, we are pleased to host a VISA Information Session for international researchers and students. The seminar will cover changes in visa status, with particular attention to the K-STAR visa track for global STEM researchers. A Q&A session will follow to address individual questions. In addition, a walk-in personal consultation booth on visa matters will be available on the same day for those who wish to receive one-on-one advice tailored to their individual situations. - Fall 2026 Career Development Program for International Students CAREER SUPPORT BOOTH: Explore · Prepare · Apply ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 국문은 아래 있습니다 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Global One-Stop Service Center (GOSC) is pleased to offer the Career Support Booth as part of the Fall 2026 Career Development Program for International Students. Visit the booth to explore job opportunities and receive a 1:1 consultation on participating companies, job openings, application requirements, and recruitment procedures. Students who complete an in-person booth consultation will also have the opportunity to apply for a 1:1 online consultation to receive professional feedback on their resume and cover letter. 1. Program Information ■ Date: September 9 (Wed) – September 10 (Thu), 2026 ■ Time: 12:00–18:00 ■ Location: Baekyang Nuri Global Lounge ■ Language: Korean / English ■ Eligibility: Currently enrolled full-degree undergraduate international students at Yonsei University 2. What Can You Do at the Career Support Booth? ① EXPLORE | Explore Job Opportunities Learn about participating companies, available positions, application requirements, and recruitment information. ※ For detailed information on participating companies and job openings available for consultation at the booth, please refer to the attached file. ② PREPARE | Receive a 1:1 Consultation Meet with a professional consultant to discuss companies and positions you are interested in, application eligibility, recruitment procedures, and other questions related to your job application. ③ APPLY | Prepare Your Application After visiting the booth, eligible participants may apply for a 1:1 online consultation to receive professional feedback on their resume and cover letter before applying directly to the company. 3. How to Participate STEP 1. Pre-register Complete the pre-registration form and select ALL date and time slots when you are available to visit the booth. STEP 2. Check Your Confirmation Email Your preferred time is not a confirmed appointment and may be adjusted depending on the number of applicants. Your confirmed visit date and time will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form. STEP 3. Visit the Career Support Booth Visit the booth at the date and time indicated in your confirmation email and receive your 1:1 consultation. ♣ A small gift will be provided to pre-registered students who visit the booth at their confirmed date and time. 4. 1:1 Online Consultation after the Booth Students who complete an in-person consultation at the Career Support Booth may separately apply for a 1:1 online consultation. After the booth consultation, participants can prepare their resume and cover letter and receive professional feedback during their scheduled online consultation. ※ 1:1 online consultation is available ONLY to students who visit and complete an in-person consultation at the Career Support Booth. 5.
