Prof. Seong-Ook Jung’s research about FeFET based PUF design technique was accepted for the publication in IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IF : 10.6).

The proposed FeFET-based PUF in this paper significantly improves the area efficiency, and it can operate stably over a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures by adopting the auto-writeback technique.

This research was led by Dr. Sehee Lim and Prof. Seong-Ook Jung in VLSI system laboratory.
