Introduction
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is renowned for world-class research. The outstanding faculty of our school provides students with opportunities to conduct advanced research in all areas of electrical engineering. We have currently 60 faculty members in three research groups supported by BK21+ project.
Research Areas
The faculty of our school is organized into three groups to lead the rapidly evolving trends of electrical engineering research. These groups drive novel, innovative research and development via strong collaboration within and between the groups. Our faculty also brings research experiences into classrooms for students to ensure that our graduates are well-prepared to become engineering leaders in their fields.
• Research Group # 1: ML (eMerging eLectronics)
• Research Group #2: Intelligent & Biomedical Systems (IBS)
• Research Group #3: InfoTelligence (IT)

Degree Programs
We provide the following three degree prgrams, Master's, Ph.D., and Joint M.S./Ph.D. degrees. All degree programs require students to complete both coursework and thesis to earn degrees. Joint M.S./Ph.D. program is the most popular and strongly recommended to apply for.
