- Prof. Jung's paper, “A 14nm SRAM Using NMOS Header Assist Cell for Improved Write Ability and Reduced Cell Retention Leakage with Minimal Power Overhead”, has been published in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), one of the most highly-ranked journals in circuit design field (Impact Factor 4.6). The proposed SRAM NMOS Header Assist Cell effectively improves write yield with low power consumption under increased interconnect resistance in advanced process nodes. This work was led by Jungmyung Kang (Ph.D. Candidate) and Prof. Seong-Ook Jung of the VLSI system laboratory.
