Kyungho Park (Ph.D. candidate) students in Hyun Jae Kim’s Lab, proposed facile polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) treatment for visible light-based multilevel photomemories. The paper was accepted at Advanced Optical Materials Journal (7th in Optics Area, IF 9.926, JCR 6.57%).
This research team developed visible light-based multilevel oxide photomemories by utilizing PDMS residues on gate insulators generated by PDMS treatment.
