Prof. Kim’s research team (Nanodevice Laboratory) is going to proceed joint research with TANAKA institute of which partnership with Prof Kim’s research team has been ongoing for 5 years since 2017. TANAKA institute and their co-research will be conducted for total of 8 years until the first half of 2024 since the contract of the project has been extended.
The project will conduct research regarding CVD, ALD process development and LiDAR sensor application manufacturing using TANAKA’s superior noble metal precursor, which is aiming for developing LiDAR sensor noteworthy in autonomous vehicle recently.
