Prof. Kim’s research team (Nanodevice Laboratory) has signed an extension of contracts with Air Liquide, a French multinational company, marking its 11th year of ALYC since 2012.
The ALYC has been conducting research on ALD precursors and ALD process development with the aim of application to various industries, and recently,  joint research is being conducted to develop an Area-Selective ALD process that is in the spotlight in the semiconductor industry.
