- The leading PriMO-5G research heading by YU has been introduced at Aalto University, Finland
- The PriMO-5G research project co-headed by Prof. Seong-Lyun Kim from Yonsei and Prof. Riku Jantti from Aalto University was introduced on 10 June in Finland. President Moon Jae-in visited Aalto university during his state visit and discussed the collaborated research of 5G technology. PriMO-5G (Virtual Presence In Moving Objects through 5G) is in collaboration with research groups and companies from Korea and European countries, aiming to realize the immersive low-latency media service among moving objects. The research team is constructing the intercontinental testbed in an 5G commercial environment.
