Professor Ahn’s lab student Luhing Hu (Integrated 7 Semester) won the silver prize at the 27th Humantech Paper Award. He developed a process technology that can implement high-performance micro-LED displays using MoS2 TFT, a Two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterial.
The Humantech Paper Award is given to the best science and technology paper hosted by Samsung Electronics and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT and Joong-Ang Daily, and 1991 papers were submitted this year.
