On February 22nd 2021, PhD student Byung Ha Kang from Prof. Hyun Jae Kim's research team was rewarded a ‘Best Paper Award’ from Korea Institute of Materials Science (KIMS) 2021 for the research paper titled “A Review of Low-Temperature Solution-Processed Metal Oxide Thin-Film Transistors for Flexible Electronics”.
As a part of fostering experts and researchers in the material field, this Best Paper Award was awarded to the graduates of the doctoral course who have excellent achievements. These awards were given to graduate students from 10 major universities.
