Prof. Seong-Ook Jung’s research about write- and performance-assist cells for high yield and low power SRAM design was accepted for oral presentation in Symposium on VLSI Circuits, the most renowned journal on device and circuit field.
This research was made by Ph.D. candidate Keonhee Cho and professor Seong-Ook Jung in VLSI system laboratory.
