Prof. Seong-Ook Jung’s researches about low-power Flip-Flop and TSV I/O for next-generation HBM were accepted for oral presentation in Symposium on VLSI Circuits, the most renowned journal on device and circuit field.
This research was performed by Ph.D. candidates Sekeon Kim, Taeryeong Kim and professor Seong-Ook Jung in VLSI system laboratory.
