Prof. Jung's paper, “Dual-Mode Operations of Self-Rectifying Ferroelectric Tunnel Junction Crosspoint Array for High-Density Integration of IoT Devices”, has been published in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), one of the most highly-ranked journals in circuit design field (Impact Factor 6.126).
The proposed SR-FTJ crosspoint array operates in dual-mode as CAM and PUF, which significantly improves area efficiency compared to previous CAMs and PUFs.
This work was led by Sehee Lim (Ph.D. Candidate) and Prof. Seong-Ook Jung of the VLSI system laboratory (collaborated with Prof. Sanghun Jeon's research team in KAIST).
