Prof. Chae’s paper, “A 113.3 dB Dynamic Range 600 frames/s SPAD X-ray Detector with Seamless Global Shutter and Time-Encoded Extrapolation Counter”, has been accepted in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits(JSSC), the most prestigious journals in Solid-state circuit field.

This work was led by Dr. Byungchoul Park as the first author and Prof. Youngcheol Chae as the corresponding author (collaboration with Korea Institute of Science and Technology & Rayence)
