Prof. Hong’s paper, “MIMO Satellite Communication Systems: A Survey from the PHY Layer Perspective”, has been accepted in IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials (COMST), one of the most highly-ranked journals in Telecommunication field (Impact Factor 35.6, JCR rank 1/158 (Computer science, information systems), 1/88 (Telecommunications ).
