Jong Bin An (Ph. D. candidate) from the research team of Prof. Hyun Jae Kim won the KIDS Awards Silver (Sponsored by LG Display)  at the 23rd International Meeting on Information Display (IMID 2023) for the best oral presentation.

Jong Bin An presented a study titled " Enhancement of Near-Infrared Detection in IGZO-based Phototransistor via NaYF4:Yb/Tm Core Upconversion Nanoparticles" which is expected to greatly contribute to leading near infrared sensor technology based on oxide semiconductor.
