The research team of Dr. Young Uk Cho (first author) and Professor Ki Jun Yu (corresponding author) developed a implantable electrode array for measuring and stimulating the brain cortex. This work was used to investigate the pain relief effect in allodynia models using electrophysiology and manganese-enhanced MRI.  This study was published in Advanced Functional Materials (IF 19.9, JCR Top 4.2%), the most prestigious journal in multidisciplinary engineering.
