※ Professor Hyunyong Choi’s research team succeeded in controlling photocurrents with two quantum degree of freedoms, spin and valley, using laser at room temperature, and published it in the world-wide journal Nature Nanotechnology. They pioneered a new quantum information processing platform by developing a device which easily manipulates valley-spin information using light and voltage.
