Yonsei University, Asia’s most prestigious private university, has established the Global Leadership Division Program, presenting a new paradigm of international education system in Korean university education

Basic Korean Supporting Program Purpose Help motivate Beginner students for Korean studies
Supporting System Additional study with Reaching Assistant (bilingual lecturer) and Individual Assistant(bilingual lecturer)
Academic Korean Supporting Program Purpose Emphasis in Korean education for regular Korean lectures
Contents Theme based major knowledge sub-model(CBI model - language as tool for thought, basic academic jargon, reading academic texts)
Academic Program for helping General Courses Purpose Prepare for Major Studies
Contents ‘Sheltered content instruction’ considering learner’s background of education
Supporting System Individual Assistance by Teaching Assistant (subject helper) or Peer Mentor(senior)
Supporting Program for Major Studies Purpose Supply Major courses according to the language level which is extension lines on Academic Korean and General Courses
Contents Sheltered content instruction + Adjunct instruction
Supporting System Prior learning by TA(1h), review lecture(Online), and individual assistance by TA or mentor during Office Hours
